No Refunds

Due to the nature of food, grocery, and parcel delivery services, we generally do not offer refunds once an order has been placed, confirmed, accepted, prepared, dispatched, or delivered.

  • Once an order is confirmed, it cannot normally be cancelled or refunded.
  • Refunds are not provided for change of mind after placing an order.
  • Refunds are not provided where incorrect delivery details were supplied by the customer.
  • Any refund, replacement, or credit may be reviewed at Qpesto’s discretion where applicable.

Quality Assurance

We work with restaurants, grocery providers, merchants, and delivery partners to ensure orders are prepared, packed, and delivered with care.

  • If you receive a damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing item, please contact us as soon as possible.
  • We may request photos, order details, receipts, or other supporting information to review your concern.
  • Where appropriate, we may assist by contacting the restaurant, merchant, or delivery partner involved.
  • Any resolution will depend on the order status, merchant confirmation, delivery record, and available evidence.

Delivery Issues

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by traffic, weather, restaurant preparation time, driver availability, incorrect address details, or circumstances outside our control.

  • If your order is delayed, please contact customer support so we can review the delivery status.
  • If delivery fails because the customer is unavailable, the order may not be eligible for a refund.
  • If incorrect delivery information is provided, Qpesto is not responsible for delays, failed delivery, or additional charges.
  • We will make reasonable efforts to assist and resolve delivery-related concerns where possible.

Customer Satisfaction

Changes to Orders

Please review your order carefully before submitting it. Once an order has been placed, changes may not be possible.

  • Items, quantities, delivery addresses, contact numbers, and delivery instructions should be checked before payment.
  • Order changes depend on whether the restaurant, merchant, or delivery partner has already started processing the order.
  • Qpesto cannot guarantee that changes can be made after an order has been confirmed.
  • Additional charges may apply if a change requires extra delivery distance, extra items, or special handling.

Force Majeure

Qpesto shall not be liable for any failure, delay, interruption, or service issue caused by events beyond our reasonable control.

  • Examples may include natural disasters, severe weather, power outages, internet failures, road closures, labour disputes, or government actions.
  • Service availability may be affected during emergency or unexpected situations.
  • We will make reasonable efforts to communicate service issues where possible.
